Targets turn movement into meaning
Up or down does not automatically mean good or bad. A target gives the platform an explicit rule for evaluating the latest measurement.
Target rules
- At least: latest value must be greater than or equal to the target.
- At most: latest value must be less than or equal to the target.
- Exactly: latest value must match the target.
What you will see
For trendable KPIs, My Dashboard can show baseline, latest measurement, direction, target rule, target value, and On target or Off target status.
Priority guidance
Off-target measured KPIs can surface ahead of generic recommendations. Review KPI history before deciding what to change.
